April 8, 2011 Braves 3, Phillies 0 (Braves home opener)

After opening the season at home, the Phils start their first road trip of the year in Atlanta but come up empty against the Braves as Tim Hudson and Craig Kimbrell combine on the shutout. The Phillies do get the tying run to the plate in the 9th against Kimbrell, but pinch-hitter Pete Orr strikes out to end the game. Not often you see the two starters go a combined 3 for 5 at the plate but it happened today, with Phillie starter Cliff Lee a perfect 2 for 2.
